Actually, here's a couple fun facts for you. You probably knew that there's prenatal, right? Yeah, of course. Your wife might be taking them or she's taking them in the past. But there's also prenatal for men. I mean, makes sense, right? We are the other half of the equation. Did you know involved fathers have been shown to have a positive impact on their children's development and well-being.

Or research has found that fathers who are more involved with their children have a lower risk of depression and report higher levels of life satisfaction.
